Cycling is the type of recreaction that truly connects us with nature. This time we represent you mini cycling trip along river Soča.
Lungs will get filled with fresh mountain air and eyes relax on astonishing green surroundings.
Route it’s 8 km long, with asphalt, mostly flat and appropriate for children. Route starts by famous Solkan arch bridge, goes along river Soča and ends in a village Plave. Here a refreshment waits for you. After that you can return back to start point. Trip ends up with lunch in Solkan. But we can extend it with a short sightseening tour of Goriška Brda or local wine tasting (surcharges).
In Solkan there’s an adventure park, which can be excellent extra and pleasant ending of the trip for families with children.
